Argos Oath

     We, the citizens of Argos, promise to use our great knowledge, fairness, leadership, athletic ability, and skill, to participate in the great Olympic Games. We will not cheat, or criticize other city-states. We will only encourage them to the finish. In the great Olympic Games, all our fellow city-states are united as Greeks. We ask Zeus to look down upon us during the Olympic Games.
